Your Security Obligations

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is Philippine Peso (₱) 100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• 888pub does not charge processing fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals

888pub offers various promotional bonuses from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback offers. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions that are communicated at the time the promotion is offered. General bonus terms are set out below.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements — the amount you must bet before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified for each promotion and typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount unless otherwise stated.

All games available on the 888pub platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or through certified live dealer studios. RNG certifications are maintained through independent testing laboratories in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements. 888pub reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if 888pub reasonably believes that:

• You have breached any provision of these Terms.
• Your account has been used for fraudulent, illegal, or prohibited activities.
• You have provided false, misleading, or unverifiable identity information.
• Regulatory requirements or law enforcement directives necessitate account closure.
• Continued operation of your account poses a risk to 888pub, other players, or the integrity of the platform.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified balances will be returned to the player through the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

You may voluntarily close your 888pub account at any time by contacting 888pub support via live chat. Upon voluntary closure, any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the 888pub platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
